Jennifer is just an awesome loan officer.  She is the reason I come back to you guys.  Very helpful and mostly cater for the customer needs and strive to accomplish these needs rather than shuts down any requests.  Can’t find any complaints so the least I can do is show my appreciation to her and how much of a value she is to your company. Keep up the good work guys.

We were so lucky to have found Jennifer. We were first-time home buyers and not familiar with the lending process. Jennifer responded to our online inquiry on a Sunday and had been just incredible with explaining the lending process to us in detail throughout. I was dealing with 3 different companies when i started the process of refinancing my home to remove Mortgage Insurance. MCA was by far the lowest provider not just in loan costs but also interest rate. Their service was also impeccable. Sidney Flores and her team were updating me constantly on the status of my refinance. At all hours not just your standard 9am to 6pm office hours. Really a great organization and you should definitely give them a call if you are looking for mortgage loans.

They were very up front with the costs (which were lower than any other mortgage broker I could find) so there weren’t any surprises later and Stephanie Steren, my contact, was always available to answer any questions. MCA and Jennifer Cho was a pleasure to work with. Jennifer and her team was always very responsive, especially with the fact we were working in 2 different time zones. Rates were competitive and so was the pricing. Jennifer and the MTG team was very thorough and efficient each day through the process. We found MCA on Bankrate.com, searching for a lower rate than our builder’s preferred lender who treated us like they were doing us a favor processing our loan. I was a little hesitant at first but after a little research we decided to go with MCA. We could not have been more pleased. Everything was handled electronically and Jennifer Cho was always available for any questions or to discuss the next step. I would certainly recommend MCA. There was one minor issue however about the escrow where we were being asked to provide a full year’s escrow at closing. Hours before closing the loan we opted to eliminate the escrow. The staff at MCA had everything revised immediately and sent to the tile company and closing occurred on schedule. Overall, it was a great experience.

I have closed on multiple homes with MCA and worked more than once with Jennifer Cho. My overall experience has been excellent. The rates and customer service are very good. I would not hesitate to recommend MCA to others.

Very helpful and prompt response and still pushing hard to get my FHA mortgage approved even though I’ve had issues in my credit profile. I know that she’s been working there for over 10 years, and she really knows the business. I rate my overall experience with MCA to be a great one. Even though seeing mixed reviews on Yelp, I decided to give MCA a try as they are local to me in Southern California (I found them on Bankrate). I first inquired online via Live Chat and connected with my to-be loan consultant Jennifer Cho. She was very knowledgeable and polite throughout the entire process. She provided me answers on all my questions/concerns that I had regarding our credit history and the situation we were in. She provided the rates via email and there was no pressure to fill-out a loan application for our investment property refinance. After some shopping around for rates and talking to other lenders, we decided to go ahead and proceed with the refinance application with MCA. The overall process was really quick in my opinion. We were able to close and get funded in about 3 weeks sin ce first filling out the loan application. We had all our information that was needed already scanned and ready to email/upload when they requested it so that probably helped speed up the process. Katie Chuoo was our loan processor and she too was also very nice and helpful throughout. I would definitely consider MCA again in the future for any of our home loan needs and would recommend them to our family and friends. Wonderful refi loan service. I’ve been through four mortgage processes prior to this one. Without a doubt, this was the easiest. Overall the experience with MCA was good. They definitely had the best rates and lowest fees. Communication could have been a fair amount better than it was. Be prepared to talk to multiple people throughout the process. Sometimes misinformation can ofcur…too many cooks in the kitchen.
